to register. There will be registration events across the Upstate to Commemorate NationalI
Voter Registration Day. The County Board of Elections wants to assist citizens in getting registered
to vote. The process begins at 9:00 a.m. at the Anderson County Election Commission Office Mauldin
High School, from noon until 2.30 p.m. to students, and in Spartanburg between
11 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. at Morgan Square. In accordance with South Carolina law
you must be registered at least 30 days prior to the general election, which will be held on November 8.
