The Planes will be moving with Joe Flacco for no less than another week. Per Connor Hughes of SNY, Flacco will get the beginning in Week 3 at home against the Cincinnati Bengals.
This move truly isn't a shock as of now. The Planes have reliably expressed they won't rush Zach Wilson back until he is 100 percent sound. The objective has forever been Week 4 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
What's more, lead trainer Robert Saleh told NFL Organization's Tom Pelissero it would take a disastrous presentation from
Flacco for the group to consider making a quarterback change without any Wilson. Sunday was the uttermost thing from a fiasco from Flacco,
tossing for 307 yards and four scores, remembering two scores for the last two minutes to pull off the stunning rebound against the Tans.
It's positively no assurance this will be Flacco's last game as Planes starter, yet it's anything but an assurance it will not be,
by the same token. Everything relies on how well Wilson advances this week and one week from now.
The one thing that is without a doubt is that is will be Flacco something like once again on Sunday when the Planes take on the ruling AFC champions, and the shockingly 0-2, Cincinnati Bengals.
